mY AcAdEmIc GoAlS FoR ThE NExT RePoRt cArD

  1. My first goal is to Continue coming to school early, every day, put attention, and participate so i can get more credits for my next report card.
  2. My second goal -is that now that i have a job ask dawn how can i continue getting the same credits whi9t out coming to school the hold day.Maybe she can give me a book that i can do after my school or job.
  3. My third and important goal for this month is BE RESPONSIBLE and get on time at school and the same at my job. Dont forget about my responsibility's with my family and my separate life

A healthy diet for me and my baby

The first way to fallow a healthy diet for me and my baby is: go shopping at healthy stores that contains natural ingredients like Dawn's favorite Henry's store. One of the healthy snacks that i most like from that sore is zone bars with different flavors, and they are good. I know other kinds of foods that they have like: brown rice, whole grain rice, dry fruits, fresh fruits, beef that don't contains any bad chemical, whole grain tortillas, vegetable pizza, orange juice natural one, protein drinks, soy milks, vitamin waters and other stuff kinds of food. Is better try new things being healthy so you can know the regular ingredients that you known. Rather to try new food and unhealthy to make you more fat and cause you problems later on, by unknowing the ingredients that they made the food that you think is right just cause you know it taste good. You can continue eating this diet whit adding some exercise routine, at least 30 minutes per day. It could be anything walking with your baby, park, run, walk the dog, cleaning your home, etc.
